Rich has 28 years of banking experience that includes commercial, residential, and consumer lending.  Additionally, he is experienced in trust and wealth management.
 
Rich has MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialty in finance, both from SIU Edwardsville.  He is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Banking and is a Certified Financial Planner®.
 
Rich serves on a number of civic boards in the area including the Highland Rotary, the Mater Dei Foundation, and St. Rose School.
